Packing it does take some getting used to. In order to get rid of the weight they had to make it pretty flimsy and the bar at the back pushes into the bottom of the suitcase. Everything is floppy and insubstantial. Still, I love it because I can easily lift it into the overhead, and I think it actually holds more clothes than my old bag, because there is nothing (like a built-in suit bag, or heavy lining) taking up space inside. There are two separate halves, with mesh zip covers to keep your clothes neatly packed and on the outside there are two vertical zipped compartments where you can put the bag of liquids you have to hand over at security, plus a travel umbrella and a book or whatever.
