When it arrived, I was shocked at how light is really was. The quality seems pretty good. Good stitching, nice seams. Since it ios so lightweight, it does not have a full lining. This is ok. Although there is no lining, the inside does not feel "rubbery" like some unlined jackets. The drawstrings on the hood and waist are nice to cinch up and keep out the really bad rain. Elastic cuffs could have used some velcro, but still work well enough. Sizing. I am 5'9", 200 lbs. I ordered a Large. The jacket fits nice with just a T-shirt, fairly form fitting. If you like loose fitting, or want to wear additional layers underneath, I would recommend upsizing to the next larger size. It packs up small, about 2/3 the size of a quart water bottle.
